Are invisible aligners thick?

They are very thin which is why they are comfortable to wear. They measure 1 millimeter thick. And, they are preferred by most patients because the aligners go unnoticed.

How long will I have to wear them?

Invisalign aligners are typically worn for two weeks and then a new set is worn for the same period. You should wear them for 20 hours each day. Remove them only for eating and oral hygiene. Your treatment can last for about 3 to 18 months.

Can I get Invisalign?

Patients with mild to moderate teeth misalignment are perfect for them. Ultimately, a professional examination and consultation will confirm eligibility. Invisalign does require a lot of self discipline. They need to be worn 20 hours a day. Also, you must brush your teeth after meals before inserting the aligners. These instructions offer the best results.

How much do they cost?

Each patient’s needs are different. During the consultation, we will discuss your actual cost. The invisible aligners usually costs about the same as traditional braces, which is another reason why patients prefer them.

Will I need a retainer after completing treatment?

Retainers are needed to keep your new smile in place. While your teeth are shifting into the ideal position, collagen fibers in your gums and teeth ligaments are stretched. Retainers keep the collagen fibers from shifting your teeth. Depending on your needs, we will discuss retainer usage.

Straightening teeth is always a unique situation. We will offer you the best solution to maximize your results.
